About Women of Will (WOW)

Women Of Will (WOW) is an NGO focused on empowering B40 women in Malaysia through the implementation of Entrepreneurship Development programmes. Specifically, WOW works with women from low-income households typically earning a household income below RM2,500/ month on average. WOW provides these entrepreneurs with 3 key resources: training on entrepreneurship and product development skills, business coaching, and business capital.

WOW’s projects are implemented on a community basis focusing on 1 PPR community per project. This is done to ensure that while WOW empowers women, the intended impact is not only on an individual level but is also extended to the community level. As some of these women are nurtured into leadership
roles, playing a crucial part in implementing additional initiatives for the community. WOW then provides these leaders access to funds to develop Shared Community Resources that can be used in impacting more in their community.
