23 Sep 2024: Yayasan Hasanah hosted an engaging Focus Group Discussion on Arts & Public Spaces, bringing together creative minds from across Malaysia to explore the potential of our arts sector to transform society. Aligned with the values of Ekonomi MADANI’s “Memperkasa Rakyat”—which emphasise sustainability, care and compassion, respect, innovation, prosperity, and trust—this Focus Group Discussion (FGD) organised by Hasanah aimed to provide insights for the Budget 2025.
The 2-hour session dove into reflections on Malaysia’s creative economy and the ArtsFAS (Arts For All Seasons) initiative, with participants sharing insights, laughter, and camaraderie. Every contribution will help shape the future of public art as we move forward!
