The Grant Senior Manager serves as the first principal administration and informational contract for Yayasan Hasanah. This position is generally the first point of contact for grantees and the public, providing information on the Foundation’s guidelines, the grant proposal process, and assisting in database issue. The Grant Manager works closely with the team from other functions serving as the central point in the Foundation’s day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for processing grant applications, tracking grants, obtaining and maintaining reports required from grantees, handling correspondence, meeting arrangements with grantees and coordinating of programmes including providing training and technical assistance to grant recipients.

The Grant Manager works closely with the team from other functions serving as the central point in the Foundation’s day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for processing grant applications, tracking grants, obtaining and maintaining reports required from grantees, handling correspondence, meeting arrangements with grantees and coordinating of programmes including providing training and technical assistance to grant recipients.
Responsible to lead the overall development and management of the MLE framework and systems to collect data and conduct analysis to produce information on inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impact of the programmes through collaborations with Impact Area Leads and Programme Coordination teams. Conduct evaluation of grants, monitoring and evaluation at impact areas/ approach level.
Responsible to assist and execute in a wide array administrative roles and activities in specific areas relevant to the day-to-day work of the Head/Senior Manager of MLE & Knowledge to ensure both the tasks and processes run smoothly and effectively.
Responsible for development and implementation of funding and financial risk management, liquidity management and contribute to the development of the organisation’s strategic goals. Responsible for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination of the organisation and also in charge on developing and implementing more sophisticated internal policies and procedure within the organisation.
Primarily responsible for administering and tracking of account payables related to Hasanah’s Grant, program-related reimbursement, and partnership-related expenses. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the special project financial accounts in line with the organizational accounts and operational budget to support Hasanah’s business goals and strategies.
