25 Oct 2024: For the first time, #ILMUHasanah40 broadcasted live from Columbia, US, bringing together changemakers from across the globe to share insights on resilient leadership for sustainable impact. The hybrid event inspired 100+ participants, including Khazanah scholars, to lead with purpose toward a sustainable future.
Key Learnings from #ILMUHasanah40:
- Leadership for Societal Change
Visionary leaders shared how they’re making waves in social advocacy, finance, and beyond, demonstrating the power of purpose-driven leadership. - Action-Oriented Strategies
Attendees were equipped with real-world tools and frameworks to foster inclusive leadership practices within their organizations. - Career Resilience & Development
The event highlighted essential skills for thriving in a dynamic job market, with insights on adaptability and continuous professional growth. - Sustainability & Inclusivity
Leaders explored ways to embed sustainability into organizational strategies, showing that inclusive, eco-conscious practices benefit both society and business.
The interconnectivity between these 4 themes is increasingly important in our world today. Effective leadership not only drives organisational success, but more importantly shapes social and economic policies especially for marginalised communities. This in line with Yayasan Khazanah’s mission of “Investing in Today’s Talent, for Tomorrow’s Promise”.
