Malaysia’s largest arts grant funds over 100 arts & culture showcases happening til’ 31 Jan 2023
Kuala Lumpur, 27 Dec 2022: Today, Yayasan Hasanah announced that it has awarded grants amounting to RM 4.15 million in total to 41 arts, culture and heritage organisations through its annual Arts for All Seasons (ArtsFAS) grant initiative in 2022 – nearly triple the funding awarded in the previous year.
This roaring success followed its latest round of ArtsFAS grant applications that closed just last month, making waves as the largest arts grant programme in Malaysia’s creative scene.
Exponentially increasing the social impact in 2022, the annual ArtsFAS grant programme jointly managed with the Ministry of Finance now expects to enable economic opportunities for over 3,000 arts, culture and heritage practitioners, while offering entertaining arts and cultural experiences to Malaysian audiences.
